Very friendly and helpful front desk employee. He kindly helped us store luggage at check-out so we could attend a booked tour. He also booked us a taxi to take us to the bus station when we got back so we would not waste any time. He made our departure day so efficient!

The room was small and the bed was uncomfortable. Power outlets were far from the bed, and although there was an electric kettle, the only outlet was near the window, which required climbing onto the bed to use it — not very convenient. The room was quite compact, and the bathroom only had a bathtub, so I had to be careful not to splash water while showering. Breakfast was excellent. However, luggage storage was not available at check-out. When I arrived early before check-in and needed to store my luggage, I had to make a phone call and wait for someone to come, which was inconvenient. Overall, it was okay for a one-night stay.

Pleasant, cozy stay with this hotel. Room conditions were much better than what they look in the photos. They should update them:) Nice location close to the castle. Warm welcoming and service from the staff is unforgettable and wish I can visit once again in the future!

Tolle Unterkunft direkt an der Moldau. Alles sehr sauber, hübsch ordentlich eingerichtete Zimmer. Ausreichendes und vielfältiges Frühstück...für jeden was vorbei. Toll gelegen, nur 5 Minuten bis in die Altstadt...egal in welche Richtung.

the room was really nice, cookware could have been better a bit over used. also it would have been nice if the bar was open. breakfast was pretty good, room was clean I would stay here again. service was very nice. and the location was very good.

Great location with easy access to all you like to see in the city for your visit. My only negative was that the beds were all pretty hard, especially in the loft. But a wonderful breakfast the next day pretty much made up for it!

The hotel is well located and our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast included was good. However, the service was disappointing. First, we arrive between the check-in hours and there was nobody to welcome us. It was raining, we were hungry and we wanted to go visit the town, but we were stocked with our luggages. The wifi was not working (as it is only working in the bedroom), so we could not write to the hotel. We asked a local to call the number left on the door, but no one answer either. A bit more than an hour later, we found someone. She told us that we should have received an email with the number of our room (we did not). Next morning, breakfast was served between 8 to 10 am. 7 minutes before 10 am, when we were finishing our coffee, they closed all the lights. Also, no one was at the reception for checkout. For these reasons, we do not recommend this hotel. The town is very small, so every hotels are well located. You can definitely get better for the price.
