"Very disappointing experience.
Due to a clear technical error in the booking app, my reservation date was shifted by one week. I contacted support immediately, but neither the hotel nor the platform helped, and I was forced to pay twice for something that was not my fault.
After check-out, the receptionist told me not to drive to Alhambra due to Semana Santa and assured me I could leave my car in the parking. I trusted this advice and paid for a full day, but a few hours later I received an aggressive call demanding I return immediately or my car would be towed.
Because of this, I had to interrupt my visit to the Alhambra, which I had booked weeks in advance and traveled specifically to see. I lost the main purpose of my trip.
When I returned, the parking was almost empty, which made the situation even more frustrating.
Very poor customer service, misleading information, and completely unacceptable staff behavior. I would strongly not recommend this hotel."
