"The property is clean and the kitchen well stocked. The bed was not great, a little creaky. They should provide shampoo, as this is standard in most places. We had to call the German company who manages the bookings and this resulted in another call to a Czech property manager who eventually got us in. They should use Expedia messaging communication to simplify the experience for customers. I would stay there again, if the...

"The apartment is nice - 5th floor with fantastic views. But - the swimming pool, sauna and gym are not included in the price. The apartment door did not close - so it was a little bit uncomfortable. When we arrived the first lift was broken and the second day broke the second and the last one. 8 floors (from -3 to 5th floor) with the ski equipment up and down was quite hard. "

Top Cerny Dul Hotel Reviews

Tremonti Hotel Karpacz

Tremonti Hotel Karpacz

10/10 Excellent
"Based on my travel experience- Tremonti Hotel Karpacz is really high on my list. Adventages: location, hested outdoor swimming pool, breakfast. Disadventages: maybe a little bit overcrovded (espacially at weekends). I was satisfied."
