Whether it was handling requests efficiently, offering helpful local tips, or simply checking in to make sure my stay was comfortable, Isabella made a lasting impression. Her attitude and dedication reflect incredibly well on the hotel, and she turned what could have been a standard stay into a memorable one. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-managed, but it was the human touch—especially Isabella’s—that really elevated the experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly commend the management for having such a standout team member at the front desk."

"The location is good but a bit walk to subway. They have a spacious room and clean. However the room a bit run down. The check in and check out went very smooth and they have drop off service to railway station! "
