"The hotel is well located, with a nice view of the yacht pier, the city’s main bridge and the skyline. The breakfast was good, and the reception staff were welcoming and informative, but unfortunately the bedroom was very dirty, with hairs and broken glass pieces on the beds and floor (we took pictures). We’ve requested them to get it cleaned up properly, but all they did was remove the broken glasses pieces from the bed, not even changed the dirty bed linen, and so this was highly...

"Check in/out process was easy and quick, amenities were good, room was tidy and breakfast was ok. Only stayed for 1 night so can’t really provide a more detailed review but all things considered it’s a great place to stay for the price, especially for the location, literally in the heart of Florianópolis.
