"Apartment is very nice, spotlessly clean with outside space front and back. Sofa bed was very comfortable with a good mattress. Pool was nice and had a lifeguard on duty at the times specified. 5 min walk from the famous Spiaggia La Pelosa, just remember to bring Straw Mat or Microfibre Towel. Only negatives, quite noisy from adjoining apartments, no soundproofing and the area outside property is very run down, lots unfinished construction sites."

"The stay was very comfortable, but I would like to say that some beds were covered by ants. We use to clean it before sleeping and everyday we arrived at night was again full of ants. After waking up, ants were covering us while sleeping. Apart from that, I think it's a very economic place to stay. Close to the villa there are very pretty beaches. I recommend it and would go back again, no matter how many ants I have ate during my sleep."

"There were 14 of us in total and the property fulfilled our needs perfectly! There was ample room and the property was immaculate and well appointed. The onsite manager was extremely helpful especially when we had a problem with the boiler and hot water which was resolved within a reasonable timeframe. The pool was excellent. "Très surpris lors de notre arrivée dans notre maison, car nous nous attendions pas une maison aussi bien. La gentillesse de "Rosetta" qui nous a accueilli était au top. "Spacious and clean villa in nice location. Plenty of room in bedrooms etc. I’ve bathrooms. No air conditioning which on Aug was very hot although fans provided in each room which helped. Pool area was clean and relaxing area. Kitchen/cooking equipment could be a bit better stocked eg. No baking tray, tea towels but when asked owner quickly came back with latter. Stuntino is lovely with great beeches. A car is needed. Thank you for a lovely stay."

"The villa was not up to the standard I would expect at this price, the location was ok, but not good, very close to other villas, and if you like listening to parents screaming at their children in German all day then this is good for you. "Es gibt außer der Türe nicht ein Fenster zum auslüften. Sämtliches Mobiliar ist verschimmelt in der Küche ist alles geschimmelt Schneidebrett Kochlöffel überall ist schimmel drauf. "Very nice hotel, clean, very well kept, breakfast had a nice selection of delicious things to eat. Room was clean, well illuminated and you could either choose on having the a/c on or leave the doors open and have the natural breeze come in, the bed was comfortable. Loved that they have a complimentary shuttle to and from La Pelosa beach which can be very hard to find parking space plus parking fees there were super expensive. The only thing that wasn’t working so well all the time was the wifi that kept connecting/disconnecting. Other than that, everything was perfect!! They even reached out to me to let me know I left behind a necklace and assisted me in trying to get it back since I had already left. I would definitely come back!!"
