Great location near Stintino beach. The shuttle bus was a very nice addition to get us to the beach! Hotel is very dated but functional.

Impeccabile dal punto di vista degli operatori, persone molto gentili e disponibili per ogni esigenza, la struttura in se per se è carina peccato per l invasione di formiche all interno della stanza , a malincuore ma qualcosa in piu si potrebbe fare per ovviare a tal problema. La zona piscina purtroppo anche essa poco curata, a causa della pioggia il pavimento era completamente sporco di fango marrone impensabile cammire scalzi, anche in questo caso una passata di acqua con una pompa avrebbe risolto il problema, per non paralre del fatto che ci sono escrementi di volatili lungo tutto il perimetro che devi fare lo slalom x non calpestarle, per non parlare dei lettini molto sporchi anche essi. Nella struttura sono presenti delle casette e giochi da giardino per i bambini tenuti in condizioni pessime ragantele e sporcizia varia nn consente nemmeno di avvicinarsi, peccato perché è una meta x famiglie e, il giochino è un intrattenimento in piu x i piu piccoli che s annoiano di continuo. Mi auguro che queste mie puntualizzazioni possano dar spunto a chi di dovere di apportare piccoli accorgimenti per rendere il soggiorno dei clienti ancora piu accogliente.

Hotel immerso in un contesto meraviglioso. Siamo stati accolti molto bene al check-in, i camerieri del ristorante sono stati eccezionali sempre cortesi gentili e disponibili. Abbiamo soggiornato con formula mezza pensione e siamo soddisfatti della qualità e varietà dei piatti tipici locali sardi proposti. La Piscina è stata favolosa. Unico aspetto negativo al check-out in cui ci siamo sentiti come cacciati via con una dipendente che ci è venuta a cercare in stanza più volte intorno all’orario previsto sostenendo che il check-out era per le 10.00 ma in realtà quando abbiamo prenotato era scritto ore 11.00…la sera prima di andare via abbiamo chiesto conferma dell’orario e ci è stato riferito 10.30…già segnalato alla struttura alberghiera questa discrepanza della comunicazione dell’orario del check-out

Le personnel professionnel, disponible et sympathique. Petit déjeuner correct et copieux. La structure un peu décadente, très petite salle de bain avec un lavabo minuscule. Chambre pas très fonctionnelle (peu d'espace pour ranger e rien pour poser les valises. Beaucoup de bruit de fond (même la nuit) en continu car la configuration fait que tout le monde passe devant les chambres de tout le monde. Dommage car la localisation est parfaite et il suffirait peu pour que l'ensemble soit bien meilleur.

Bien mais erreur professionnelle

Très bon hôtel. Les chambres sont confortables et propres. La piscine très agréable. Petit déjeuner très bon. Personnel sympathique. Rien à redire de ce côté. Une réserve toutefois : nous avions demandé au réceptionniste de nous réserver le bateau aller/retour et les vélos pour se rendre à Asinara le lendemain, comme l’hôtel le propose. Il accepte et prend mon numéro pour nous tenir informés quand cela sera fait. A notre retour de plage (18h), nous apprenons avec stupeur que rien n’était disponible pour les vélos en août par une autre réceptionniste et ce depuis longtemps. Rien n’a donc été fait et nous n’avons pas été prévenus de la journée. Nous avons du tout gérer dans la précipitation et devant le fait accompli, d’autant que tous les autres interlocuteurs ultérieurs étaient très clairs à ce sujet : en août tous les vélos étaient bookés à Stintino depuis longtemps. Ne pas le savoir est une chose, l’apprendre en appelant et prévenir les clients immédiatement en est une autre. Nous aurions apprécié plus de professionnalisme de ce côté afin de pouvoir organiser un plan B plus rapidement et sereinement pour aller à Asinara.

Awesome!

Excellent choice. 5 min drive from La Pelosa beach, with shutter service In and out in both the morning and afternoon. The pool is also great, and having the option of dining at the hotel is great.
