Hotel Ursa was in a quiet and pretty neighborhood but still had the convenience of a big metro station nearby, good restaurants and interesting shops a short walk away (and in some cases across the street!)
And, it was a beautiful luxurious hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff.

The location is five stars
The inability to get check in codes before the exact check in time was inconvenient
The apartment was nicely appointed, could do with a kettle as one of the hot plates didn’t work.
The three flights of stairs was not fun with heavy luggage, which I unfortunately missed in the rental listing details
I did find early check in at 10€ per hour a bit rich, that said our apartment wasn’t ready until 3pm anyway
A nice stay but not a fabulous one
