「Courteous staff」

「Due to the proximity of the airport, there is a lot of noise during takeoff and landing.」

「Staff are not helpful. The rooms have roaches. Elevator still not working.」

「Proximity to airport,restaurants,shopping and interstate」

「We've stayed at Tru by Hilton previously but this by far was our worst stay. The room we were assigned was clean but the shade was frayed on the right side making it challenging to close and the toilet was hit or miss when it would flush. When it did flush it was VERY slow to flush. We tried to call the front desk but the connection from the phone to the handheld part was broken so we had to use the speaker option. But the sound was very low so the conversation was limited. We went to the front...

「I enjoy staying at The Homewood Suites because the rooms are large and you have all the amenities of the kitchen. So if you want to avoid pricey wine at restaurants, buy a bottle and put it in the fridge for a pre-dinner drink. The hotel provides a lovely breakfast spread!」

「Room was clean, The staff was great! Very Business - Friendly! Got to do something better with the shower curtain as the water seek through onto the floor.」
