It's old and needs an upgrade.

Was met with a rude, quick phone call from the host when expressing the room accommodations were not as displayed on Expedia. Purchased a "deluxe king room" that had a jacuzzi for our anniversary and was told thats not what we get for the price point even though what we paid was in the range of that said room on their personal website. The shower had mold, bed was creaky and moderately comfortable, and breakfast was limited (2 pieces of bread and half a pear- bacon offered but I dont eat red meat and no alternatives were able to be made). Host was nicer in person but disappointed with the lack of accommodations.

Great suite. Spacious. Clean rooms. Great location. Delicious breakfast. Great staff

Clean, modern hotel in a perfect locale for a visit to Newport, especially the Newport Naval Base/Naval War College/Naval Academy Prep School. Gracious staff and very quiet rooms. Restaurants close by (walkable).

The public areas were not clean.
