Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the owner was very friendly, communicative, and helpful before our arrival. The house was clean and well maintained. 「This location is excellent, very high quality, clean, quiet, well air-conditioned in hot summer, and friendly staff who gave us discounts at the café downstairs. No restaurants immediately around, but walking 10 minutes is some cheap street food and also river walkway for nice running route. We mainly used $1-2 taxi to go to downtown restaurants. Overall the best choice for us at excellent value.」

「Mr. Hau and his family were really kind and hospitable. The room was clean as shown, we had a small issue with our in room AC unit, but that got resolved with using the proper "mode". Our host was always available in honoring our requests like fixing the AC issue, laundry and bedding cleaning, new towels, more TP.
