"Everything was nice and clean good customer service but very poor breakfast"

"The Rome are very nice, cool design and looks new! But it wasn’t clean.. the bathroom was terrible, smells bad. We were only passing for one night, with 4 kids we were happy that there was a pool, but it was close."

"Room is motel-style and has been recently renovated. Very clean and nice. Soap dispenser in the shower was broken but I figured it out. The one ice maker is across the parking lot in the office, but it was out of service. I didn't see another one. Breakfast is very sparse and is also in the office across the way. No coffee maker in the room."

"This property is my favorite in the entire area. Prices are very consistent throughout the week. This time the bathroom sink was clogged but no plumber was available. I jerry-rigged a plastic knife to unclog it temporarily. The phone was unplugged, which was a little weird. Bed was wonderful and room temperature was completely controllable. Today's breakfast was bacon and omelettes. They alternate between bacon and sausage which I appreciate. Front desk is completely helpful and friendly."

"Room was clean, great staff they were very accommodating and all the amenities was a plus for us the only thing I would say is don’t get a room near housekeeping which we did and they start washing and cleaning early and our room was right across and was up early because we heard the slamming of the washer and dryer, not a negative of this place please don’t take that wrong but just a little side note.l make sure your room is mot a food lol . Definitely will stay here again ."

"We stayed in one of the stone cottages and were given two keys to our room and only one of the two worked. Walls are pretty thin you could hear other people's conversations. The room itself was cozy and clean and has a romantic vibe making it an ideal location for a weekend getaway with your partner."

"We have been trying out hotels/motels in the West Point vicinity for a couple years, so West Point Motel seemed an obvious choice for location. It was clean and had a reasonable rate for the location. There is a Mexican restaurant, drug store, and grocery store within walking distance. I was able to drive to the Academy in less than 5 minutes. Some things to think about if considering the motel.
