Had a nice time during the Christmas season at this hotel. The staff was extremely pleasant and helped with any minor issues we ran into. They were very accommodating.

I must say this hotel exceeded my expectations, because there was not many videos of this place, people said not so many good things, but my experience was totally worth it.. The area was firstly so convenient, safe and easily accessible for the train which is about 2 mins walk.. Staff was so humble and friendly. Lots of convenient places to eat, tmobile not too far way to get data etc. Stores like Marshalls, Burlington, Five Below etc not far away. You can walk to Central park which is not too far away. Definitely will be showing up here again in the near future.

Best hotel experience, hands down! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. When we go back to New York, we will only be staying here. Not even going to look anywhere else, that's how amazing the Lotte is.

Location is perfect with great hospitality. We had a good time and comfortable stay.

Great stay at this hotel! The front of house was great and professional! My son forgot his bag in the lobby and someone turned it in which made me feel safe. Fantastic location to Times Square
