「This is definitely a 3 star resort. Nothing about it gives 5 star so please don’t expect it! The staff were sweet and helpful but I’ll tell you to stay here if you would like average over priced American food 😒, WiFi going out every day, an unclean out dated pool, and hard mango’s for a $10 🙄. My family and I spent our last two days at The Spring Resort & Spa at Arenal. It was definitely worth the Money. If you’re looking to enjoy yourself without going out every day this resort is not it....
