「This property was filthy. We had to wash all of the bedding before we could sleep in the beds. There was a huge load of towels in the wash machine that was mixed with bath towels and the cleaning towels. We had to remove and dry them so we could use the wash machine to wash the bedding. We had several loads of laundry to do before we could use the beds. Smoke detector on the main floor was broken off the ceiling with no battery. The chairs outside had soaked cushions and the chairs were broken....

「Well first of all during the booking process it showed a 100 discount so I went ahead and kept booking,at another stage it forced me to buy a 60 insurance or give a 1500 deposit and it gave no other option and it never gave me a chance to see the total price until after I booked and there was no refund after I booked. Also they charged me a 75 cleaning fee then told me I had to wash the towels and load the dishwasher, why did I have to pay a fee for me to clean? Overall it was a basement...
