"The hotel is great, rooms are huge with fantastic view. Expedia mentions “Bag service”, but the receptionist mentioned that they do not have this service. Bathrooms are clean and huge. The view is beautiful + the room has a balcony. The so is really good, the restaurant was good (they made a few errors with our bill, so we had to make several corrections - so check your bill). Area around is crowded and seemed unsafe to walk around, but hotel certainly felt safe and comfortable. "

"We only stayed one night, but it was fine. The room was a good size and very comfortable. Breakfast was a little odd, but kept us full enough."

"Very nice hotel the only issue is the room needs to be upgraded. Wall paper coming off the wall, tv only had 1 working channel and the power cord was hanging out the socket which is not very safe. Kitchen floor was also sticky when we arrived so we had to go ask the receptionist on the 9th floor to have someone come mop. "
