"I was stranded outside my hotel room for nearly three hours late at night, completely isolated and helpless. There was no hotel receptionist, and worse, no emergency contact number to communicate with the hotel. With the help of the police, hotel staff finally opened the door for me. I thought I would have to spend the night on the hotel reception floor, all because I forgot my room key card. It was a terrible experience."

Friendly and helpful staff on site. Close to everything and taxis are cheap so you don’t need a car. Actually having a car gets in the way since parking is expensive ($23 Euros) and there are so many restrictions to drive in that area with stiff fines if you inadvertently drive on the wrong street."
