Historic building but rooms, especially bathrooms, need to be updated

Beautiful property and room with an excellent location. We took the train from the airport to to Union Station and it was not even a 1 block walk to the hotel. Walkable to Coors Field, river walking trails and Larimer Square. Perfect weekend trip!

The stream, the trees, the jacuzzi in the room - nice! We had one of the rooms designed for 2 people - very spacious, interesting design. Gas fireplace, nice kitchen, very comfy. Easy access to RMNP and downtown Estes Park.

We stayed just one night here while passing through town and loved Villa Motel! It's super cute and retro looking, but the rooms inside of been updated pretty recently. Everything was very clean and comfortable. I loved how close it was to walk to the historic downtown area, but juuuuust far enough away (3 blocks-ish) that it was quiet and you forgot there was a bustling downtown packed with people. We really liked this location and plan to come back and stay here for more than just one night....

Wasn't sure about this one as it seemed different than a normal hotel - and it was! Different in the best ways possible. I arrived late and pulled through a guard gate to an amazing country club-type setting. I was greeting in the lobby with kind and willing staff who ensured my every need was met. Woke up the next morning with beautiful views of the mountains (about 10 minutes away) and the most elegant grounds I've ever seen. Classy but not snobby. Elegant, but yet livable. Was a little disappointed with the fact that even though the hotel was not very full, we were given a room at the very end of the property right on the street, so we had to deal with a lot of street noise during the night

Warm charming clean and with comfortable beds at the hotel, the hot tub is hot, the views exceptional and the included breakfast full filling. We will see you again~

The breakfast offers a wide variety and a staff person is attentive to replenish the options. The desk staff are friendly and helpful. We stayed 10 nights with no problems. Because of the pandemic, housekeeping doesn't enter the rooms but we could always get fresh towels, etc. as needed. We could have changed rooms after five nights but felt no need to. This was our second stay here and we are sure to return.

Our stay was incredible! The room was amazing, the vibes were immaculate in the lobby, and everyone who worked there was so friendly!

Very comfortable hotel at a very reasonable price. Room was spacious and free breakfast was really good and fresh. I usually skip the "free" breakfast at most places, but I literally wanted to ask for a to go box to take more with me. This will be a go-to hotel when needing to stay near the airport.

If you are looking for an intimate, romantic hotel, then Hotel Teatro is the right choice. It is a small, boutique style hotel with alot of charm and perfect for a weekend without the kids.
