「So quaint and our lodge was the perfect location on the stream. The bakery next door was a plus. Wish I’d known there was no oven in advance need better info on what is included- I brought stuff they provided which was nice!」

「This house is very close to Pike's Peak and Mannitou Incline so it was perfect for our hiking vacation. It's a sweet little house with character, lovely furnishings and a beautiful yard where we enjoyed eating breakfast. We had 4 adults in our group and it was a great size. It would be a little tight for 6 adults, and 2 would have to walk through another bedroom to get to their bedroom, but the third room would be a perfect room for children. 」

「Pretty nice place stay while in Springs. Hosts are very communicative and fast to answer any questions or concerns. Check in was nice other than getting caught in a small hail storm. Bedrooms were nice and clean. Bathroom was nice sized and kitchen basically ready to cook whatever you feel, just take your food. Will have to say though a carport woulda been nice to help check in. 」

「Great location close to LoHi. Gorgeous property and yard. Lots of beautiful flowers and yard was beautiful. One of my favorite places I have ever stayed. Rocking porch swing, fire pits and hot tub. Cottage was darling with local artwork and some antiques that reminds you of your childhood. It’s simply Perfect! Can’t wait to stay here again!」

"アメリカのホテルとしては平均的で、及第点といった印象。全体的には清潔で、モーテルや安めのホテルによくある匂いなども強くはない(少しはします)。ただ、バスタブの排水効率が悪かった。シャワーを浴びていると徐々に足元に温くなったお湯が溜まり始めるので、ゆっくり浴びていると足元だけ何となく洗えていないような感覚になる。その他は大きな欠点もない。デスクのライトが点かなかったので不具合だろうが、いちいち交換してもらうのも面倒だったので放置した。スタッフに対応してもらう場面は少なかったが、人によっては非ネイティブに対しての対応に温度差があるような感じも少しあったが、露骨では無かった。シャトルは利用しなかったが、稼働はしているようだ。立地としても付近にファストフード、ウォルマートや24hのセブンイレブンなどもあるため遅い時間の到着や連泊でも耐えられる。ただし公共交通機関は貧弱なため、ダウンタウンまでは1時間ほどかかる点は要注意。治安に関してはダウンタウンに比べると良いと思う。多少ホームレスの方々なども見受けられるが、危ないと感じるほどではない。全体的には至極落ち着いた地域だと思う。ただし22時ごろにウォルマートに寄った帰りに、駐車場でいわゆる「販売人」に軽く声はかけられたのでやはりそこはアメリカだという点は留意してほしい。総じてモーテルよりと比べると良い。ダウンタウンに滞在すると費用面でも高くなるため、仕事などでこのエリアに滞在する場合は第一選択肢と考えて良いと思う。少し費用面でかかっても良いから、ハズレたくない、不快な思いをしたくないという方にはおすすめです。"
