「Great place to stay, the only thing I didn’t like was the shower in the basement, not much pressure and it didn’t drain so you stood there in the water. Very comfortable king bed, I loved it! 「My group of 4 adults had a great stay with plenty of space. The apartment was clean and had many of the basic amenities. Old Towne Arvada is a very cute area with many shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. You can also walk to the train station (2 minutes) and take it to downtown Denver in 25 minutes. 「Easy check in process and perfect size for our quick trip to CO. The kitchen has basic amenities for four people. The carpets are stained but that didn’t impact the quality of our stay. Overall the bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and stocked for our needs. Located close to the highway, which can be heard at night if the windows are open in the summer. Great location for visiting surrounding towns and summer activities. 」

"アメリカのホテルとしては平均的で、及第点といった印象。全体的には清潔で、モーテルや安めのホテルによくある匂いなども強くはない(少しはします)。ただ、バスタブの排水効率が悪かった。シャワーを浴びていると徐々に足元に温くなったお湯が溜まり始めるので、ゆっくり浴びていると足元だけ何となく洗えていないような感覚になる。その他は大きな欠点もない。デスクのライトが点かなかったので不具合だろうが、いちいち交換してもらうのも面倒だったので放置した。スタッフに対応してもらう場面は少なかったが、人によっては非ネイティブに対しての対応に温度差があるような感じも少しあったが、露骨では無かった。シャトルは利用しなかったが、稼働はしているようだ。立地としても付近にファストフード、ウォルマートや24hのセブンイレブンなどもあるため遅い時間の到着や連泊でも耐えられる。ただし公共交通機関は貧弱なため、ダウンタウンまでは1時間ほどかかる点は要注意。治安に関してはダウンタウンに比べると良いと思う。多少ホームレスの方々なども見受けられるが、危ないと感じるほどではない。全体的には至極落ち着いた地域だと思う。ただし22時ごろにウォルマートに寄った帰りに、駐車場でいわゆる「販売人」に軽く声はかけられたのでやはりそこはアメリカだという点は留意してほしい。総じてモーテルよりと比べると良い。ダウンタウンに滞在すると費用面でも高くなるため、仕事などでこのエリアに滞在する場合は第一選択肢と考えて良いと思う。少し費用面でかかっても良いから、ハズレたくない、不快な思いをしたくないという方にはおすすめです。"
