「Absolutely horrible conditions. Walls were literally falling apart. Floors were dirty. One room even had a hole in the sink! Worst part was that the stupid thing was none refundable. We refused to stay in those conditions and still couldnt get any money back」

「Everything was amazing. Clean, cozy and comfortable rooms. On the second floor there are rooms with history. The staff is amazing. Hostess Feruza prepared delicious breakfasts upon request. I recommend.」

「비행기 타고 밤에 도착해서 다음날 저녁 기차로 이동하는 일정이라서 공항이랑 역 근처 숙소를 알아보다가 발견했어요. 기차역하고도 가깝고 숙소에서 걸어서 미라밧 시장이랑 한식당도 갈 수 있어서 좋았어요. 직원 분들도 모두 친절하고 방도 따듯하고 뜨거운 물도 콸콸 잘 나와요. 추천합니다!」

「The hotel has a fresh look, both the lobby and the room -- newly painted and clean. The bathroom in the room was small, but also clean and had everything necessary. Guy at the front desk was friendly. Very close to the airport. Very reasonably priced. 」

「It was closed even though we reserved and paid over one month ago. We came close to sleeping out in the open air ...... We were finally allowed to stay as reserved but we were almost frozen to death. We skipped dinner and the breakfast the next morning. The restrooms and shower rooms were about 50 meters away from the bedroom of Glamping tent. It was very cold for us to go to restrooms in the night and take a shower in the dawn..... No other choices near the Lake Glamping ik nor restaurants. 」

「Unique point - very very brown Soviet place, clean but dismal. Large room, basic, things worked...just. Reception desk often unmanned. Breakfast served only in room, on a brown table, basic food ordered from pictures. Staff were not very friendly, little smiling, a lot of sighing. Transfer was good, collected punctually early hours of the morning. Situation is good, close to central sights and bus stops. But path is a track with huge puddles to negotiate.」

「The hotel is in the centre of Astana, but the location is not exactly the same as shown on the map. The room was small, which matched the price paid. The room was full of notifications with fees for damaging hotel property. The staff was not always available, and I had to wait for the breakfast which was just two fried eggs.」
