Hotel Riu Palace Las Americas - Adults Only- All Inclusive

"We had a great stay at Riu Palace Las Américas. The property was beautiful and well maintained, and the adults-only atmosphere was enjoyable. The front desk and other staff were friendly and attentive. Customer service exceeded my expectations. The all-inclusive setup made the trip easy. There were three pools, entertainment, and a daily schedule of activities if you wanted to join in. Staff regularly checked whether we needed anything. Our room was very clean. Housekeeping made the bed and changed the towels every day, and our fridge was regularly restocked with drinks and beer. If we needed extra towels or anything else, we could just dial 9. My only complaint is that the shower needed better maintenance. The bathroom was clean, but some parts of the shower seemed to be falling apart. Overall, we had an excellent experience."

"Amazing resort. The staff are incredible- friendly, supportive and willing to help. The only little downside was the room service options for lunch. I recommend going to the buffet instead. I’ll be back for sure :)"
