"Called the hotel several times during a window of two hours for the shuttle. The phone was never picked up by the front desk because they claimed they were too busy with spring breakers, the East Coast storm and the fact that it is an airport hotel. Ubers to the hotel and explained my frustration to the front desk clerk who then kindly stated that my room is ready even though it was just late morning. Come to find out that I was surcharged for that room since it was before 3 PM. Management would not compromise. Elevators did not work, so we used three flights of stairs to schlep our luggage. In the room, the receptacles did not all work nor did the grout fault protection. We were not successful in reserving complementary transportation back to the airport since the list was full at the hour we requested. Once again, we took a cab. When we checked out, we waited patiently for 20 minutes and no one was at the front desk. Perhaps they have additional duties to assume. We have stayed at La Quinta’s before and this stay was very very disappointing. Just the attitude of the management where they talk down to you and will not listen to you was appalling. We were told that the hotel is under new management and perhaps that is the cause of all of our disappointments."

"I stayed one night to catch a flight the next morning early. I really appreciated the shuttle service to the airport and the parking allowed at the Hotel. The staff were very friendly and professional. The room was clean and very comfortable. I definitely would recommend. I plan to stay again when I have an early flight."
