"Room was $240 for the night through Expedia. I paid an extra $55USD for extra early check-in. The guy was helpful and polite but neglected to give us a wifi code. After check-in everything was downhill. Room door was seized. Clearly broken. You could see light around the room door coming from the outside. I took a picture because it was laughably bad. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. Obviously couldn’t be locked. Doors were mounted crooked. Room smelled of dank urine (mold?). When I called down to the front desk I discovered that the phone cord wasn’t right and the lady could hear me. She was rude and disrespectful. I assume she thought it was my cell phone BUT IT WAS THE HOTEL ROOM PHONE. They once have call display so she should have known that I am a paying guest. I would not have bothered with a review but the 3 staff members at the front desk were absolutely brutal. They implied that it’s my fault that their hotel is a dilapidated stink hole and that they just work there. Manager tried to lecture me. Really? The in room coffee maker had no drip basket so I couldn’t even make coffee at 5am before leaving for the airport. I had to chug an coffee from the lobby right before jumping into an Uber The area pool was gross and the hot tub was literally boarded over with plywood. No towels out. Plastic chairs in poor condition. Airplane noise from the airport is not their fault but still a nuisance. All the other guests seemed miserable. Not surprising. "

"What a treasure! The property has everything you would need to take a short term or long term vacation, ours was one month. We found 4 beds/4 baths to be more than ample. The property was very clean and well kept. There were necessities if you wanted to cook any meal, a lovely coffee station, and incidentals that allowed you to wash your own clothes, run the dishwasher, relax in the sun by the pool, and multiple options for eating out and activities galore. We especially liked the huge park just one block away with paved paths, large lake and shelters and benches for picnics and resting.And our hosts!!! They are incredible: what a welcome that awaited us when we landed quite late: beverages, a charcuterie tray, a huge bouquet of fresh flowers and even dessert! This was our 2nd visit to this property, 2 years in a row for a month. We would highly recommend it for your next visit to Orlando, Florida."
