"We arrives a few minutes before our 3pm ck in, the door does not unlock until exactly ck in time. The place was cozy and warm, all the rooms were clean. The only downfall would be if you want privacy it’s not going to happen. The 2nd and 3rd floor are loft style. Rental is better for the winter "

"Arrived at 5pm check in (latest known check in ever) and the code given did not work. Had asked for a 3pm check in and was declined. Mosquitoes carried us away as we waited for check in correction. Was given “emergency check in” code and used that during stay. Smelled something as we sat on couch and saw huge hairball and other yuck on floor next to couch.
