「A unique farmhouse experience, centrally located in Lovell. Clean, quite and private with easy access to Kesar Lake, hiking trails, the Fryeburg Fair and more. Guests get to enjoy a small second floor apartment, accessed through a private front entrance. The unit is two bedrooms with a kitchenette/den with a brand new bathroom. We stayed three nights enjoying the autumn weather, hiking and the fair. Brent the owner living below was so quite. We hardly knew he was there.」

「Our stay was good. The room itself could use some updating and if you are staying on a bottom floor you can hear the person above you pretty easily. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very nice. I give it a 9/10」

「Had a very pleasant stay in the Serenity Suite. There was a small kitchenette, two full bathrooms (which we weren't expecting), and a lovely back yard next to a river. Location was on a quiet street but only a few miles from several nice restaurants and stores in downtown Conway. We would definitely return and can highly recommend.」

「The property was very small. There was major communication issues to check in. The bathroom was more than small, with the shower being smaller than our RV shower. The room and bathroom were not clean; there was a dirty towel dropped in a corner in the main room. Many exposed electrical cords. And the drapes were tied up in knots as tey were dragging on the floor. I would recommend you spend the extra money and stay in chain hotel. Would recommend this place.」
