"The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The place is small, but they make great use of the space. The house is organized and clean.There was one thing we couldn't find in the kitchen and the owner texted back within a few minutes. The street is unpaved, so we did get sand in the house easily. The other houses on the street don't maintain their yards well but don't let that deter you since this property is nice with a tall fence. We sat outside one evening and we didn't hear anyone else. It feels like a hideaway. It is located further from downtown Melbourne than it appeared on the Vrbo Circle Map. It was a 25-minute walk to Meg O'Malley's pub which was one of the places we wanted to go but not drive. We felt safe walking home late at night. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the Florida Tech campus. 5-minute drive to a Publix grocery store and CVS. "
