"We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was perfect for our large group, all eight bedrooms had their own bathrooms, which was exactly what we were looking for. The house was well-equipped with fun games, board games, and big TVs in each room, which made our stay even more enjoyable.While the property is a bit of a drive from Yellowstone’s West Entrance, the comfort and amenities made it worth the distance. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I would highly recommend it to large families or groups looking for space and convenience.There were a few minor things that could be improved. A dual-zone thermostat would have been helpful, as it was quite cold downstairs and warmer upstairs. Some basic supplies like additional toilet paper, hair dryers, and shampoo would have added to the comfort. The mattresses were on the softer side, firmer options would be a nice upgrade.We did run into an issue with hot water on the first day, and unfortunately had to take cold showers. I texted Katie about it and received a response after around four hours. Communication during that situation could have been more prompt. That said, Katie was flexible and understanding when we realized we had mistaken the checkout time, we thought it was 11 AM instead of 10 AM, and she kindly allowed us a little extra time.Overall, it was a great experience and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. With a few small adjustments, this property would be absolutely perfect!"

"The home was incredibly clean for its size and there were many games and activities in the house for after the sun goes down. The house is well appointed, and the beds are comfortable. There were lots of animals that could be seen all hours of the day, and we even received a love tap on one of our rental cars from a curious bear. The owners (Andrea and Brian) responded very quicky when we had any questions or concerns and they make every effort to ensure you have everything you need for a successful stay. It was a great place to relax after a day of exploring Yellowstone and the Grand Teton parks."

"The host was exceptional. They made sure we had everything we needed. The cabin was beautiful in a nice wooded area very near a lake and the neighbors were a few hundred feet away to make it feel as if you like you were the only ones there. Great location to access either Yellowstone or the Grand Teton National Parks food, gas and restaurants near by."

"This property was absolutely beautiful. The owners were amazing and super responsive. We had zero issues and it very comfortably held our large group. The rules of the house are not crazy like some I have seen. Just your basic, treat it like it like you own it. Having access the the washer was a big plus! We were able to get some of our laundry done before leaving. Just a really great expirence overall. These owners have set the bar for what I now expect in a VRBO rental!! "

"I enjoyed that it had seven bedrooms. The games were a hit with the grandkids and we enjoyed taking our side-by-side and riding up through Island Park plenty of room for everyone. I would recommend it."
