The Space:

This elegant flat on the 1st floor offers stylish design, modern furnishings and a cosy atmosphere - right in the heart of the old town. Ideal for couples, solo travellers or business stays in style.

A tastefully furnished bedroom with a comfortable double bed, customised fixtures and plenty of natural light. Perfect for restful nights after an eventful day in the city.



🛋️ Living area:

The open-plan living and dining area is flooded with light and furnished to a high standard. The large corner sofa, a smart TV and lovingly selected details invite you to relax.



🍽️ Kitchen & dining area:

The open-plan kitchen is modern and equipped to a high standard: Oven, ceramic hob, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and plenty of storage space. The adjoining dining area offers space for four people - ideal for breakfast or dinner for two.



🛁 Bathroom:

The bathroom is bright, modernly tiled and has a walk-in shower, a wall-hung WC and a washbasin with vanity unit. An illuminated mirror and fresh towels provide additional comfort.



🏛️ Building & access:

The flat is located on the 1st floor of a listed old building with a charming façade and stylish staircase. Access is via the historic staircase, directly opposite the town hall.



📍 Location:

It doesn't get any better than this: in the centre of the old town, with a direct view of the pedestrian zone. Numerous cafés, restaurants, shops and sights are right on the doorstep - the railway station is within walking distance.



Guest Access:

Coming from the front door, the path leads through the historic staircase to your accommodation on the 1st floor (door on the far right - ‘Goldschmiede’). On the same level is the room with the washing machine and tumble dryer (‘Feuerwehrkammer’).

To get to the rear courtyard with the waste bins for residual waste, paper, cardboard and plastic, walk past the stairs on the left from the front door and open the rear door.



Other Things to Note:

Private parking spaces are available for our guests on a nearby property (approx. 8 minutes' walk away). Use is subject to a charge (€6 per day) and only possible by prior reservation, as the number of spaces is limited. Please let us know in good time if you need a parking space.



Important note on the furnishings:

Our flat will officially open on 1 July. Until then, the furnishings may still change slightly - individual pieces of furniture or decorative elements may be replaced or supplemented by equivalent alternatives. The photos show the planned state and serve as a guide. Small deviations are possible and do not constitute a defect. We promise: The style will remain consistent - and your stay just as comfortable.
