「The experience was thoroughly disappointing; the staff appeared completely clueless about their responsibilities, which only compounded the issues. The rooms were in a deplorable state, unclean and frankly repulsive, making the entire place feel like an overall nasty environment.」

「Our room wasn’t clean and there was evidence of a bug issue. Desk staff did move our room without issue and apologized but also asked if I had “used anything in the room” as if that was important considering the room needs to deep cleaned and treated. There don’t seem to be many great hotel options in the area. It was close to cedar point and the breakfast was okay altho the pancake machine kept having issues. 「Housekeeping swept hallway at 8 am on Sunday. Three maids hacked in the hallway for 10 min right outside my door at 930 am until I opened the door and then they all went to work. Doors slam shut constantly and way too loudly. Could always hear people in hallway and in next rooms and above us. Floors and walls are paper thin, no sound proofing at all. I will never stay here again. Even a Hampton inn or a third rate hotel is better than this.」
