Cheap hotel in a busy district

Centrally located - 2 mins walk to Colon, shopping belt. Plenty of cheap public transport. Lots of night markets, supermarkets and eateries. Room is spacious but hotel is well dated. Cable TV and good WiFi

Place to sleep

Ok cheap hotel for sleeping. Location aren’t the best. There are some dark noisy bars at same blocks at evening. Mcdonalds and seven eleven also. Hotel is old and time i visit there no breakfast possible.

寝るだけなら良いかなと思います。トイレを一度流すと、次流す（水が溜まる）までに多少時間がかかります。 立地は、サウスバスターミナルからも近く、食事、ショッピングも困りませんが、うっかりすると通り過ぎてしまうので、気を付けて下さい。 最初にデポジット1000ペソ必要です。キャッシュの用意が必須です。

Smelly and dirty - didn’t like.

I’m not a fussy person when it comes to budget accommodation, but I disliked my stay in this hotel so much that I cancelled a planned second night here and moved to another hotel. The main issue was a really foul smell as soon as I entered the room. A kind of mouldy, stale, “off” smell, and it was everywhere; in the air, on she sheets and the pillowcases. After one night here my hair had this smell. Not pleasant. The condition of the room was so poor: the bed sheets and pillow cases were stained, the bathroom floor was wet and the sink, toilet and mirror were all stained and dirty. Service was ok, efficient and not unfriendly. The area around the hotel didn’t seem too nice but the location is good for being close to the pier, just a short car ride away, and this was our main reason for booking the hotel. Price was also low. We just couldn’t get passed the smell and dirtiness of the room and for this reason I would recommend against staying in this hotel unless you’re really unconcerned about room cleanliness.

女性1人で宿泊しました。 建物は古いですが比較的綺麗です。 ハズレの部屋だったのかシャワーのお湯は出ませんでした。 アメニティは歯ブラシ、石鹸はありますが持参する方が良いでしょう。 受付のスタッフは感じ良かったです。チェックインが遅く夜9時以降に近くの売店へ行こうとしたら、カバンの持ち方やスマホをカバンに入れるよう注意してくれました。ホテル周囲はあまり治安がよくないのか？夜だからなのかな？ チープに素泊まりしたいだけなら充分です。

感じ良いスタッフ

フロント女性はとても感じが良く対応もスムーズ、ドアマンも毎回 挨拶してくれ気が利き 好印象でした。部屋は料金並み寝るだけといった感じ。フェイスタオルはなくバスタオルのみだった。 隣の旅行者が深夜過ぎまで話し笑ったり 迷惑だった。 スタッフはとても素晴らしいです。

Övernattning innan bussresa

Valde hotellet då det låg nära bussstationen där vi skulle ta bussen ifrån dagen efter. Väldigt vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Rummen va nyrenoverade och fräscha. Det enda negativa var att det var lite höggjöt på natten, lät mycket från receptionen och gatan utanför. Detta berodde nog mest på att det var en festival i stan.

Not quite it

This is a difficult hotel to comment on. On one hand its city centre hotel, mouldy with plenty of drain flies. Plenty of them Get rid of 10 and 10 more will take their place. . Did not know what drain flies were till I googled thm in at this hotel. On th other hand Pity because the workers are very nice and bend over backwards to d things for you. Seems to attract the noisy sort so sleep was difficult sometimes. Compliments to the Chef meals were pleasant and bargain price. Beer cheaper than some supermarkets . Because of mould and drain flies I would not live there again but I can see people going back because of the staff. Maybe some other rooms were better??

立地の良いホテル

コロン通りより1本北の通りに面しおり、徒歩5分圏内にMETRO（スーパーマーケット併設のデパート）、コンビニ等の多数の商店やジョリビーなどの飲食店があり、旅行者には便利な立地です。 オスロブ、モアルボアル等のセブ島南部への南バスターミナルへ徒歩10分、サンペトロ要塞、サントニーニョ教会へも徒歩20分、ボホール島へ行く高速船が発着するPIER１も徒歩30分程度で移動できます。 コロン通り周辺は治安が良くないとの情報もありましたが、日中や夕食の時間帯はアジアの普通の都市と同様の一般的な注意を払えば特段問題はなさそうな様子でありました。 ただし、繁華街の割にはチェーン店等を除いて夜の8時から9時ころには閉店する店舗が多く、夜間は注意が必要ということかもしれません。

A fair stay for the price I pay

For the price I payed I could say it was a fair stay.. the family room was spacious...the staffs were friendly and accomodating...the location is near Metro Gaisano Mall...the room is clean and the beds were comfortable...the minor glitches were the airconditioners were the old models too noisy and it doest get cold enough so we end up sleeping with sweats...its near a karaoke bar we can hear them sing till dawn...but overall if its just a quick stay and your on tight budget I would recommend this place.

飯店座落位置好，地點佳。但是是inside room 電梯有點問題，坐起來怕怕的。 沒有每天清潔，要告知櫃檯才通知清潔。 服務態度很好，但專業度不夠。 如果用價錢來考量，這樣的價格住這樣的飯店是不錯的。
