Clean, basic and convenient.

A clean and basic room, without a view. Friendly and helpful staff. Several choices for breakfast, cooked to order. Convenient location with shops, cafes etc nearby but the hotel is on a side street so it's not noisy.

They only care about your money

I had a technical problem with the Hotels app and made a mistaken reservation for 8 months later, instead of the same day's night on February. I asked for the return of my payment and they refused to pay back. They said it is impossible. I have spoken to everyone including the owner. No result. Now they are asking "How was your stay???" How can I evaluate the place that I did not stay and pay for it????

スタッフの方に、とても親切にして頂きました。 小さい子ども三人可愛がってもらいました。高級ホテルではないけど、とても清潔感があってきれいなホテルです。 立地も周りに安くて美味しい店やコンビニもあってとても便利です。特にコンビニの隣にあるパン屋のお姉さんは、とっても親切でフレンドリーでほぼ毎日行くほどでした。 この安さでこのクオリティは、セブで過ごすには最高です。
