"The house was exactly as pictured and the view cannot be understated. There were some issues with the property (broken AC, broken internet, broken pool slide) but the hosts fixed almost all the issues ASAP. The property could also use a little TLC to repair wear & tear but it would not stop me from recommending this property to another guest."

"Across the street from the beach. They had a cooler, chairs, and towels for the beach. We did not take the beach ball. Very happy to have a kitchen to use. Well appointed for just two of us. There was a trick to the hot water for the shower, that we solved after a quick text exchange with the manager. It was a good stay!"

"The house is lovely. It is an easy walk down to the beach, and there are plenty of chairs and beach gear for your needs. The house was very clean when we arrived, and the kitchen had just the right amount of pots and pans to make breakfast or a small dinner. There is a restaurant close by that has amazing food, too, if you don’t feel like cooking. This is our second time staying at the house for Spring Break, and I love it so much that I plan on coming back again. "

"Just arrived home and wanted to write this review. Well, we enjoyed the remote sleepy seaport area. The views were spectacular!!!! Before I elaborate on our issues. It’s very important to whoever reads this to understand I've never provided a rating. But traveling outside the US it’s important we get the best service from unfamiliar territories and be protected. We were in the USVI for a couple weeks making our last destination in Fajardo, Puerto Rico before heading home. So, here’s our experience. First off, their pictures they advertised are very deceiving. The place is very dated and the wooden balcony is completely different from their website. The balcony felt unstable especially from 6 stories up. On site it looks new the one in question is weathered in white paint. Once, again the view very SPECTACULAR!!!! Over looking the Palomino Island and Isleta Marina was very impressive!!! So here’s our major issue. We stayed there four days and three nights. Two of those early mornings 7 or 8 am (normal construction times) throughout the day was major construction going on. Now, we had to record this because it was unbearable to sleep. And as I stated we had been traveling for two weeks and were looking for peace and relaxation which didn’t happen on 3/31/26 & 4/1/26. It would have been appropriate to inform future tenants so we would take action. It really was a damper especially on vacation. Just a few items that were very disturbing. "

"Our group of 8 people (4 adults and 4 teenagers) had a great stay at Casa Blue Laguna! The house has plenty of space for everyone, with really nice indoor and outdoor space for relaxing. The pool table got a lot of use, as did the upper deck - a light breeze kept the bugs away and the space cool for nice lounging in the afternoon and evenings. There are several board games and lots of beach items available at the house, including a rolling cooler and beach chairs. The beds were very comfortable, and the host provides very nice toiletries - a pleasant surprise. There are 7 good restaurants and a well stocked mini-mart within an easy 5-10 minutes walking distance, and the fabulous Estacion is a short 5 minute drive away. El Yunque and Luquillo Beach/Kiosks are an easy 20-25 minutes away, and the main part of Fajardo just 10 minutes if you need grocery stores/Walmart or more restaurant options. We really enjoyed being close to everything but outside of the more developed Fajardo area. The gated access was easy with 2 remote fobs, so no one needs to hop out of the car to punch in a code. The kitchen is well stocked with many small appliances and nice plates/cutlery, and had the added surprise of coffee and tea, pancake mixes and cereals included. The kids enjoyed making mini waffles and using the cereal dispenser for breakfast! We would definitely stay at Casa Blue Laguna again"
