「We arrived after dark on Friday & although we worked it out, entry instructions were incorrect, keys were very difficult to operate & vehicle access gate was broken. We notified the company of this, no alternative was provided & gate was not fixed till the morning we left ( Monday). Thankfully, someone took it off its rail & we could use the garage as there is only 2hr street parking.
