「Everything was wonderful! Perfect for a long weekend getaway」

「Staff was great. My 3 star rating is only because there were no sign ups left when arriving for the 3PM check-in. Without this, for the sauna or infrared room; it leaves you to be "stealing time" where you can..(also feels a bit absurd for the rate you pay.) I had to scramble out of one solo sauna after first finding it empty, because a couple had booked it, and they told me they were also booked for the infrared (double dipping also leaves others without.) 「Our stay at Catskill Seasons exceeded our expectations. The room was just wonderful, clean, large, and with pleasant decoration. The kitchen had everything, we also had a great shower, and everything in the room was of top quality. We were surprised. The grounds are beautiful and we espcially enjoyed the creekside oasis just a short walk from our door step. 「There was no one at the facility! I happened to run into an employee dropping by and he pointed me toward a room that had been prepared: there was no formal check-in or check-out at all! ROom was clean and well prepared. No food within a half hour drive (the restaurant advertised was closed).」

「Bed bugs. My adult son was bit up pretty good. I have pictures. No one assisted us to bag up our clothes and belongings that were there. No one came up to the room to start bagging up the bedding or anything. I had to pay to use the commercial washer and dryer to wash the clothes that were in the room. I asked to speak with the manager but was told that he was not there, but they would have him contact me. Nothing yet. We should be reimbursed for our stay to say the least.」

「Dilapidated exterior, passable but funky interior, seemed like low income apartment situation that i had to pay high price for. Evening it turned full party mode in parking lot and adjoining rooms. Walls are thin. Luckily people quieted down at some point and my kid and I got decent sleep…but it didn’t feel safe or standard for an expensive motel.」
