「The lady at the reception desk was so unfriendly and gave us a dark and
damp, no- bathtub room at the ground foor. We immediately requested her to change the room, but she flatly declined our request, saying this room was given according to a contract with Expedia. We couldn't believe such a room was prepared at the rate fixed with Expedia !!」
「Everything was great. The only problem was that kids (and some adults) were running and jumping into the pool. Several times my wife and kids were almost hit by these people.」
