Good room for 1 night stay in Catania. Excellent location. Room was clean however shower was outdated and did not appear the cleanest. Thin walls; could easily hear other guests coming in/out but it did not affect our sleep. Nice touch of bottled water provided with access to common kitchen. Overall good value for price, would recommend for short stay in Catania.

Very attractively designed room with private bathrooms, very clean. It is on a quiet street right at the center of town, a block away from all the fun and restaurants. Andrea is a great host, and arranged for a great airport pickup driver, who also took us on half-day trips to Syracuse and Taormina. Highly recommended.

Shared apt (not as described) + our room was used

We arrived to the apartment with my fiancée and found out that our room was USED. Somebody has used it and left it without allegedly telling the person who rents it out. The bed was USED and unmade and so was the bathroom full of dirty towels. I called the person who was in charge and he said we could not use the other room that was clean but we would have to wait for him to arrive at the property and come up with a solution.

Zentral gelegen und doch ruhig. Das italienische Frühstück im benachbarten Café war sehr nett. Parken ist etwas Glücksache aber machbar. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen.

Confortable et bien placé.

Bon emplacement dans la vieille ville, proche centre historique. Logement calme sur cour intérieure. Chambre spacieuse et lumineuse, très bonne literie. Salle de bain avec cabine de douche très très petite. Petit déjeuner en self service, sans produits frais.

Short family break in Catania

A great place to stay really close to the city and all local amenities and lovely restaurants. The accommodation is very clean, spacious and is kept very well looked after. The owners have gone the extra mile to provide gluten free breakfast options for one of our party. The breakfast is help yourself and is kept fully stocked each day. The accommodation is quiet down a side road and there isn’t any traffic noise at all, there are only 4 rooms and are on the 3rd floor accessed by a small lift.The air conditioning works really well in the room. Overall very happy with the stay we had and the accommodation was great

Confortable et bien situé, mais peu de services

Le B&B occupe une partie du 3ème étage (ascenseur) d'un immeuble ancien. On y accède par une ruelle et une cour d'allure peu engageante, mais une fois dans l'appartement, tout est bien : chambre spacieuse (hauteur de plafond impressionnante, on voit que ce sont d'anciennes pièces réaménagées) et confortable donnant sur une cour assez grande pour laisser passer la lumière. L'avantage, c'est le calme, alors qu'on est au cœur de la vieille ville et c'est très pratique pour aller se balader. Donc, un très bon endroit où séjourner pour découvrir Catane à pied. En revanche, accueil peu courtois (on avait l'impression que l'employé venu nous accueillir voulait se débarrasser au plus vite de cette corvée ; il n'a même pas proposé à mon épouse de l'aider à porter sa lourde valise, ce qu'on lui propose chaque fois - il a oublié de nous donner les codes pour le WIFI). Petit-déjeuner continental assez pauvre. Il n'y a pas de personnel, on doit se servir soi-même, ce qui a néanmoins un avantage : on le prend à l'heure qu'on souhaite. En résumé, hébergement pratique, confortable, mais pas de services rendus.

Bonne adresse au calme à une rue de la via Etnea.

Chambre très confortable et très bien aménagée pour notre fille et nous. Haute en plafond donc plutôt spacieuse. Salle de bain fonctionnelle avec produits de soin fournis. La petite cuisine commune avec produits frais (yaourt, jus de fruit et lait) et gâteaux faits maison pour le petit déjeuner est très sympathique. La rue peut paraître un peu glauque mais notre chambre se situait au 3ème étage dans un patio dans une rue parallèle à la rue piétonne principale donc hyper bien centrée. Pour se garer un parking est à à peine 10 min de marche. Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit pour cause de vol de très bonne heure le lendemain mais serions bien restés plus longtemps. Accueil sympathique et professionnel.
