Locations is great for the beach facing apartments. Not so lovely for the others. Tricky to find and very difficult parking. Uber drivers are constantly confused. Basic furnishings only but okay. Well priced.

The location is excellent, it is rich in the water front, and you can walk across the street to the beach. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and stores.
The downsides were that the room was worn with a painting with broken glass, stained chairs, and a light full of flies. It could benefit from a deep clean.
