It was a very convenient place to stay - arrived by train right downstairs from the hotel in Terminal 1 and flight departed in the same terminal as well. The breakfast buffet was extensive - great before a long flight

A truly grand hotel, in excellent condition, staffed by efficient and friendly people who are so kind and helpful. This hotel is a stand-out for us, having visited several countries. Worth a trip. The physical location on Lago Maggiore is almost too beautiful to truly take in! Spectacular!

Staff were very friendly and professional. Room and the building were clean and nice. We asked for the shuttle to the Malpensa airport and the shuttle was ready on time. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
