"Lovely hotel, lovely stay, lovely staff. They were always smiling and friendly. My favorite was Brandon the bartender on the rooftop bar. He was amazing. Oh and the pretzels from the bar menu were the best we have ever tasted. Highly recommend. "

"The hotel itself was amazing. The staff was great, and everything was clean and well-maintained, just as we had expected. The only downside was that many of the attractions and dining places are located in the Midtown area, which is a bit too far for a walking distance. We ended up taking Uber quite a bit, but overall, the property is self-sufficient."
