"They are crazy, the room has an aircondition and the guy i talked to the phone was asking me for an extra fee for giving me the controler to operate it, this is an insane. Everyone was great , … my only frustration in paying for all inclusive yet wanting to also see the island was everything shuts down re food at 9:30 pm .. including room service etc …. Also filled first day some sodas and such in the fridge however no way to open them as it needed an opener , and key card in the slot so when you came back at end of day fridge was warm, room very warm and stuffy etc … ,...
