ケファロス城周辺のホテル

「I booked around 6pm and when I got there they didn’t have a room. I was told to look elsewhere for a room and on top of that, they said they wouldn’t give me a refund because it was booked through Hotels.com! What s terrible start. Ages later they went and got the cleaner, who was probably having dinner with her family at 8pm, to ‘prepare a room for me’ which was apparently ‘locked for next season’. Appalling room condition. Very very outdated, damp walls smelled so intensely I couldn’t sleep...

「Ein wirklich schönes Hotel im Boho-Stil. Sehr schöne Zimmer mit Blick aufs Meer. Wirklich tolles und sehr freundliches Personal. Das Essen war hervorragend. Gute Auswahl zu jeder Mahlzeit. Ein besonders Highlight ist die wunderbar gestaltete Bar neben dem Pool. Wir hatten wirklich einen super Urlaub hier. Was auf den Fotos hier nicht so rauskommt: das Hotel ist nicht direkt am Strand, sondern in zweiter Reihe. Der Strandabschnitt ist jedoch nur wenige Meter entfernt, sauber und ordentlich....

「The staff was very nice. We were there for four day. It was in a good location for walking to the beach into the stores. Only issue was air-conditioned. Did not work properly. Got hot in the evenings in the room. Staff did what they could to get it fixed unfortunately we left for our next island before it did get fixed.」

「Bella struttura con tante camere vista mare e molto verde. Ottimi spazi piscina e mini spiaggia con 10 ombrelloni. La camera è spaziosa e pulita anche se il bagno non è stato pulito tutti i giorni. Per lo standard italiano le 4 stelle non si trovano in sempre e con poco sforzo alcuni servizi potrebberoessere migliorati.」

「Room was amazing , I chose the private pool… and it was a nice size and lots of privacy ! Everyone was great , … my only frustration in paying for all inclusive yet wanting to also see the island was everything shuts down re food at 9:30 pm .. including room service etc …. Also filled first day some sodas and such in the fridge however no way to open them as it needed an opener , and key card in the slot so when you came back at end of day fridge was warm, room very warm and stuffy etc … ,...
