VILLA DELL'ARTISTA

Villa dell'Artista is a modern building set amongst a patchwork of olive groves and typical Mediterranean plants. The villa is a two-story house. You can access the inside from the spacious and bright living room with a big sliding door that overlooks the sea view veranda equipped with a dining table and chairs. The ground floor sleeping area is made of one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, one bathroom with a shower and one bathroom with wc and basin. On the first floor, accessible via an external staircase, there is a further double ensuite bedroom with a sea view terrace. The villa is equipped with mosquito nets and wifi. All rooms are air-conditioned and furnished in a modern and functional style. On the side of the house, there is the solarium with the swimming pool (10x5), sun beds, an external shower, and a gazebo with a working top, basin and gas barbecue. The supermarket is 1 km from here. The closest public beach, "Guidaloca Bay" is 3 km away. The position of the villa allows the guests to reach all the main attractions within walking distance.
