"As a solo traveller who can't get a good night's sleep on a single bed, this place was a heaven. Double bed, quiet and private. The room is in a building of private flats right next to Roma Termini. Airport shuttle bus stops almost in front of via Ratazzi so it's less than a minute walk. You need to arrange your arrival time with the owner so he can be there to welcome you. "WORST hotel experience I’ve ever had. People everywhere, streets lined with trash & took an hour to find parking. To then take another hour to find the location, even with multiple local’s assistance. We knocked, rang the buzzer & called both numbers on the door….. but no one answered & we were forced to get a room at another hotel. Then they wouldn’t refund us cuz they have a no cancellation policy!!!! Unreal."

"The weather is hot now so having a clean, comfy room with air con was definitely needed and provided. I didn’t spend much time at the hotel so can not speak about the pool or anything else the hotel has to offer. I can say the breakfast was very nice and the the hotel and grounds are very well kept. "Convenient located in the heart of Rome, walking distance for lot of the attractions. Good costumer service , i booked one of the room with private bathroom but outside the room ( i did not realized that ) which i did not like it but it was my fault. I suggest a mirror , at least a bottle of water and couple of glasses in the room , maybe a coffee maker ? "

"A basic but functional twin room in a good location in between Termini and the Colosseum. The hosts were very helpful - the water takes a while to heat up but it was good value for money. The fridge was very useful too. "

"Beautiful spacious apartment. We very much enjoyed our short 2 night stay. Transportation set up to and from the property was excellent. Could walk to many of Rome main attractions. The apartment provided privacy for a couple and a single person with the 2bedrooms. Kitchen with coffee included was great. Balcony, living space, and WiFi all good.
