"i looked at all the pictures & read all the reviews & i decided to book .This is not a resort it is most definitely a motel ,Room was dirty upon check in ,like really dirty ,people at the front desk are very rude & I did not feel comfortable about going to them about the dirty room ,so i cleaned it my self ,they did not tell me about the towel exchange ,when if you need new towels you have to bring them to exchange yourself ,did not know there is a service to call for a beach chair and umbrella to put on the beach for you ,there is no restaurant there or any kind of room services ,also there was no place for us to park at night except across the street which which looked very sketchy ,the elevators hardly work ,smell and are very hot ,I asked for the lowest floor and they gave me the highest which is 7th floor so trust me I was sweating in that elevator ,on my last day there I finally spoke to a manager Jeremy and he was super nice & understanding ,only reason I would go back to that motel is to give him the benefit of the doubt of changing things for the better ....otherwise I would never go back"

"The room was clean for the most part except for mold on the a/c unit and some floor cracks and random things. If you want a decent but outdated sort of room for a cheaper rate than other hotels then this is your place. They definitely need to do more preventative maintenance though as well because our automatic door keypad decided to not work 3x before complety giving out on us. While they were inspecting and diagnosing our door keypad, my 16 month old toddler was barely touching the wall next to the closet when the 4 inch thick, couple feet tall wooden trim came flying off at her and she could have been really hurt. I didn't appreciate some of these things along with having to be inconvenienced and moved in the middle of our stay with 2 little kids to an entirely new room and never being offered any discount back, perk, or something. I mean for heaven sake I never even received an apology from the staff for well overdue negligence. I also think it's quite ironically comical that they have signs stating "no drugs on premises" and yet the entire establishment has an overpowering marijuana smell. I don't mind that adults want to partake in that in their free time but the hotel either needs to enforce their signs or remove them or they need to become an adult only hotel- not for families. So, think what you want about my review but I probably won't be back."

"We were placed in a room that had a giant shipping container outside of it. We asked to be moved but they would / could not do that. Our door lock was faulty and every time we tried to open our door it failed and we had to go to the front desk and ask for help. Very inconvenient. The finale was at 11:30 pm the fire alarm went off and we had to leave the building under duress along with everyone else and wait 30 minutes until it was clear to return. Very disappointing along with the huge construction zone all around the buildings and no outdoor pool. This should certainly be listed on their website or expedia description"

"if not for the friendly staff id leave the worst review possible. lady at the front desk and her husband were great and were helpful and friendly. truth be told thats where the good stuff ends. the room is old and nasty, smells really bad. bed is funky and if not for being exhaused we might of slept in the car, or somewhere else. id bet MOST women would HATE the bathroom. my wife did, she didnt want to use anything in it, its nasty. you ARE right on the beach, BUT most liekly it will be filled with trucks and tents THE ENTIRE TIME. so you wont be able to enjoy any of it. they DO have a nice pool, and its clean. (i guess is another plus). Staff? Great. Anything else? not so much."

"Well we checked in and people were sitting directly outside of our door we couldn’t access the room until they moved all 7 people and woman in a wheelchair. When my fiancé finally squeezed past and asked for room key a woman said it’s open we’ve been using your toilet walking threw our room to bathroom.then when we came back out the same people moved back and we couldn’t open our gate to get out till they moved again . And you would never believe when we came back from the beach we couldn’t get in our gate again!!! But for the hotel to leave the most expensive room on the properties door actually open and for people at pool are using the toilet in our room is just discussing.But the property manager said she would only give me 10 percent off if I come back again and who would go back to that unbelievable crap people using our bathroom OMG WHO RUNS THIS PLACE ? The most expensive room is used as a public restroom with us checking in !!!"

"Lots of free activities like putt putt golf & basketball. Pool was nothing special but large enough to not get too crowded. On beach. Right next to entry point for driving & parking on the beach though. Room was like a small hotel room. Updated but not very big. No extra pillows & no cleaning. Parking was under the building unless you were handicapped or had oversized car. Ceiling was very low & no elevator to main floor."
