Top Cass District Library-Cassopolis Hotel Reviews
Tru by Hilton Elkhart, IN
10/10 Excellent
"The hotel was very clean and had a modern feel to it. Room was spacious, clean and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok depending on the day. The food for the most part was good enough. The flat sausage was to be desired. Few disappointments. I thought all of the Tru Hilton had a pool. This one did not have a pool but they had a pool table. Kids was bummed about that. I should have paid closer attention. The pool table, Jenga and outside connect 4 which the family enjoyed. The gym was great except the ac does not work in there. I guess you are guaranteed a sweat. The rooms are nice but they really don’t have a dresser, wardrobe or draws to put your clothes. I still have it 5 stars and would stay here again."
"Amazing that's what comes to my mind! The Quality Inn & Hotel room the we stayed in was spacious, clean and welcoming with a large private full bathroom. From check-in (with Robin), during stay and while checking out (with Jon, the manager and with I believe her name was Diane) the staff was very friendly, welcomed and proactively engaged in our exchange of conversation and made our stay truly appreciated. Having traveled from Florida, we have stayed at various hotels in the southwest Michigan area and because of our recent stay at this hotel, we have concluded that the Niles Quality Inn & Suites (in Niles, Michigan) will be our go to place for hotel accommodation whenever we are in their area. Great Job Staff, "we truly appreciated all you do for us travelers.""
"This place was fine, and for the price, it was a good deal. It was convenient to the highway and some chain restaurants, which was helpful. The rooms were small (but that's fine), and it's not the Ritz-Carlton, but it was clean; it had an adequate breakfast; and it was in an area with a lot of other hotels, so it was safe. No frills, but I wasn't looking for any; I just needed a place to sleep :-)"
"Room was ready at check-in
Room was clean and not smelly
Bed was comfortable ( I slept good )
Air conditioning was nicely chilled, unit had a constant fan option, so that was nice
Not much of a breakfast, but you have plenty of other options real close.
Location is just off the toll road, so easy in and out.
Check out was simple
Definitely wouldn't hesitate to stay there again....Can't really ask much more for the price."
"Just what I needed while in town for the weekend. Clean room, comfortable bed, very friendly staff. The room was recently renovated and was told the new owners are still making improvements."
