Upon contacting customer service, I was forced to endure multiple days and phone calls/emails to remedy and resolve only to then be misled about the VRBOcares program as well. The apartment is spacious and well-furnished. Bathrooms clean and showers easy/great water pressure. Honestly a great place to stay that is very convenient."
