"10min walk to the nearest train station to get to other areas of italy such as florence and cinque terre. 15min walk to the tower of Pisa. Clean chalet, friendly & helpful staff, shop/cafe/restaurant on site. Kitchen area equipped with basics for cooking, there is no kettle,toaster, oven or microwave - just a 4 ringed gas hob which i feel could be improved more. Lots of mosquitos so ensure you pack repellant. Towels to hire. Good quality supermarket 10min walk away. I would definitely stay here...

"This was the perfect way to end our trip, with our young family as we spent pretty much the whole day in the pool! There isn't a great deal directly around the resort, so make sure you've stocked up on food before you arrive....although, it's not far to drive into Pisa if you need supplies! "We were a group of 7 and rented all 4 rooms in the building. We loved the private, remote location and the outdoor areas - such as the covered seating area next to the grill and games on the lawn! The pool is huge and especially deep! Claudia takes great care of it (we could not find the special sun tan cream that she recommended - for some reason our normal sun tan lotions caused white swimming costumes to go yellow in places). "Franca's little house was absolutely charming and very well cared for. It was super clean and had all the touches of home, including flowers in vases, pretty pictures and ornaments and great storage space upstairs. "The Toscana village is great - so relaxing. The long stay owners are very friendly and helpful, as are the staff. The onsite bar/restaurant is good, as is the pool. There is a local town in easy walking distance with many old buildings, nice bars, and places to eat. On Saturdays there is a food market, so you can stock up on salads, fruits, vegetables, meats, and cheeses, etc. We can't wait to go back."

"My husband and I spent 9 days at Anna Maria and Filiberto property. We had the most wonderful time there. We can't remember having such relaxing holiday. Everything was just perfect: spacious, clean house, outdoor table with chairs, the most beautiful palm tree in front of our house, blooming flowers and trees. Absolutely perfect. "Very well located in Pisa centre, very close to restaurants and bars and a 15 min walk to Pisa Tower. The hotel has a very interesting decor full of history, the staff is super friendly and attentive. The hotel is a bit tired, especially in the bedrooms, in need of a renovation. Nevertheless, for a short stay in Pisa, definitely recommend it. "
