Clean facility, staff was real friendly and helpful.

I really enjoyed my stay. It felt upscale but still affordable. Only issues were that the room was cold even though I took the air off, maybe it was user error but I couldn’t turn on the heat or it wasn’t an option and I had a beautiful city view but the windows only had blackout shades so I kept them down most of the time; I would’ve like privacy shades so I could get the natural light in the room without totally being seen to those on the street.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Amenities were excellent. The rooms were clean. All in all, a wonderful experience.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and courteous. The breakfast is outstanding! No reconstituted eggs here! The hotel is located in a very safe area, with many excellent dining experiences. If you are planning on using the metro plan on a 10-13 min walk to the boarding platform. I would definitely stay here again!
