Eva explained how street names work here, which was very helpful. On Christmas morning, the staff even went outside in the cold to call a taxi for us. The service truly exceeded our expectations. "The staff was kind and very courteous, they went out of their way to make our stay special. It was my husband’s birthday and they upgraded our room and sent drinks! The location is very central, 2 mins from metro station but you can walk to major attractions (they are only 5-15 mins away). You can easily travel from Airport to the hotel on Metro. "
