「Wonderful hotel, great location, comfortable beds, great shower, great breakfast! Would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area! Staff were especially helpful in suggesting beaches along Lake Tahoe that likely would have parking / worth checking out! Thank you!」

「Our family of 4 adults stayed here for two nights. We used the fully-equipped kitchen (minus a potato masher, and then we accidentally left our potatoes in a bottom drawer.....), grilled on the balcony, and also ate dinner and brunch on the balcony right on the beach. We were there in mid-October and it felt peaceful, quiet, and private, which we loved. Throughout the house there were cute curiosities that added a lot of character. Great sleeping in the master bedroom with the window open,...

「I highly recommend the Historian Inn. My room was very clean and comfortable and had a somewhat quaint feel, which was carried over from the warm, charming lobby. The staff was very nice and capable. About that clean room, I note that even though I didn't have a pet, I was given a pet friendly room, since all the no pet rooms were taken. And the room I got was still perfectly clean. 」
