The property is very clean and cosy, with spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds. The kitchen is also well equipped. We would not hesitate to stay here again."

"Had a great time staying in Silverdale. Check in communication was good. House is well equipped and clean on arrival. Cooked a few times and had everything we needed. Beds really comfy, they can be hit and miss when staying away! In an area of AONB it was a great location for exploring locally and up to the Lake District, then enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub at the end if the day."

"Just returned home from 21 Silverdale, South Lakeside and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The lodge is lovely, everything you need and brilliantly situated near the main reception, dining area/bar and gym. This is a real plus as my friend and I both have dissabilities and walking great distances can be very trying so having everything close by is a must. The only thing for anyone in a similar situation to consider is the 3 steps to get into the lodge but take your time and not a problem, bannisters...

"We really loved this place. There are not many places that I think the experience of the property is better than the photos but I really think that this is the case in this lovely place. We loved the spacious bedrooms and the underfloor heating in the kitchen was great, as was the fireplace in the lounge. It is always good to have a hot tub but this is a really nice size. "Staff at reception very friendly and informative. We had a beautiful view of the lake from our lodge and although we didn't take part it looked like there was lots of activities going on (this didn't disturb us) Our lodge was bigger than expected and clean Lots of cutlery and plates to use and a filter coffee machine which was a lovely touch. The property is easy to get to and a good base for exploring the area. "
